The Pinnacle Transformation Campaign

The Pinnacle Transformation Campaign is the organization-wide engagement. Where executive coaching changes one leader, this works on how a group operates — how it communicates, how it decides, and whether accountability is a normal part of the week or an escalation. It is the comprehensive option: moving an organization from where it is to where it needs to be.

When does an organization need this rather than coaching one leader?

When the problem survives the person. If a capable leader leaves and the same dysfunction is still there six months later, it was never that leader's problem — it was the way the group works. Recurring friction between the same two functions, decisions that get made and then quietly undone, and a team where nobody says the real objection until after the meeting are all group-level problems, and coaching one person will not move them.

What does the engagement work on?

  1. A shared language for how people communicate, so differences in style stop being read as differences in commitment.
  2. How disagreement is handled — whether it happens in the room or in the corridor afterwards.
  3. Accountability as an ordinary part of how the team runs, rather than something that only appears when it has already gone wrong.
  4. Alignment on what actually matters, so priorities stop competing quietly with each other.
  5. The debrief habit — examining what happened without it turning into blame, which is the discipline most executive teams are missing entirely.

How long does a Transformation Campaign take?

That is scoped on the consultation. Who is involved, what it covers and over what period depends entirely on the size of the organization and the problem being solved, and any coach who gives you a fixed answer before understanding either is guessing. Most engagements begin with DISC.

Transformation Campaign questions

Is this for the whole company or just the leadership team?
It depends on the organization and is decided when the engagement is scoped.
How is this different from one-to-one coaching?
One-to-one coaching changes how an individual leads. This changes how a group operates.
Does it include DISC?
Most engagements begin with DISC, because a shared read on how people are wired is the fastest way to make a group's friction explainable.
